The ArchRabbit is an Architect, NCARB Certificate Holder and AutoDesk^® Revit^® Architecture Certified User who provides Residential Design services focused on single-family residences and Rendering and Animation services for Architects and others in the AEC industry.

As an Architect, the ArchRabbit strives to incorporate open floor plans, natural light and a sense of spaciousness into creative and innovative solutions for residential design projects. Residential additions and renovations present unique challenges due to the many constraints imposed by an existing structure. Working closely with the client is critical to achieving a successful project that balances these constraints with the goals of the client. The ArchRabbit specializes in a wide variety of small-scale and modest residential projects. In addtion to complete single family homes, projects include kitchen expansions and renovations, additions, porches, attic renovations, decks, aging-in-place upgrades and covered entries.

Renderings and animations help architects, building owners and other stakeholders in a building project visualize and understand their completed project.

Animations bring a project to life by telling a story about the project that captures the imagination of the viewers.

Renderings strive for realistic representations of a project or for unusual artistic effects.

The ArchRabbit will work closely with the client to determine the best approach to providing the design visualization deliverables.

A digital model of the project is a necessary basis to create the renderings and animations. The ArchRabbit can use models provided by the client, enhancing them if necessary. Or the ArchRabbit can create the models based upon information provided by the client.

The ArchRabbit can also provide training and support services to enable the client to generate the renderings and animations in-house.

The ArchRabbit primarily uses Autodesk^® Revit^® Architecture for modeling and Lumion^® for rendering and animation. Some of the images were rendered using Twinmotion^®.
